The use zone for any outdoor play rocking equipment has to have at least six feet around the perimeter to ensure child safety. Discussed with the director the rocking equipment fell short by 2 feet.

746.4907(a)(1) - Installation and Maintenance of Loose-fill Surfacing - Six Inches if Equipment 5 Ft or Less · Medium High

Discussed with the director the loose-fill around the play equipment outside needs to be at least six inches deep. Upon measuring the loose-fill material measured approximately 3 inches deep.
