The operation had two trash cans that contained garbage in them without lids on them allowing garbage to be accessible to children. This was corrected at inspection when the provider removed the trash can from one classroom, and removed the trash from the second classroom.

Electrical outlets were uncovered in a classroom with children under five years old, and in the gymnasium that children under five years old were utilizing. This was corrected at inspection when the staff covered the electrical outlets with a cover.
