One child was observed sleeping in a play yard with a weighted blanket. This was corrected at inspection when the caregiver removed the blanket.

One classroom's lighting was too dark and required a flashlight for the children to be seen. This was corrected at inspection when the caregiver turned on the light to allow the children to be seen.
