This was corrected at inspection when the operation stated their plan to notify licensing within the required time frame when they are notified a child receives medical treatment related to incidents in care.

The slide on a hill that's being used on the playground is not marked off 6 feet around has no surfacing material to prevent fall injuries. There were also gaps around the slide area that are tripping and entanglement hazards.
