746.3809 - Medication No Longer Used · Medium

During the monitoring inspection, medication for children enrolled at the operation was observed. There were two children's Epi Pens that were expired. One Epi Pen expired 8/25/2025 and the other Epi Pen expired 11/2025. I spoke with the director about sending the expired medication home with the childrens parents.

During the monitoring inspection it was found that the director, as well as two employees did not have their current CPR or first aid training.
