It was found that a caregiver yelled at the children as a form of discipline while in the classroom and on the playground.

Based on the information obtained, it was determined that a caregiver was not demonstrating good judgement when playing with the children in care. This was corrected when the caregiver was removed from the operation.

Two contractors were left alone with children in their careand counted in ratio who do not meet caregiver qualifications. A caregiver from the operation joined the group to supervise the children during the inspection so that the children were not alone with the contractors.

It was found during the inspection the operation had crib sheets on one crib and two play yards that were loose fitting. This was corrected at the inspection when the caregiver changed the fitted sheets.
